The red tape trail (in the US)

Another way to look at the accumulation of administrative procedures, provided by an insightful article in the Portland Press Herald, is to look at how many agencies do companies really deal with. A CEO of in the food industry in Maine (US), asked his staff to compile a list of administrations they have to deal with.
